An Overview of the Standard CBA
Our Standard CBA was developed after years of working on and representing campaigns and political workers. We have used that knowledge and expertise to develop standard contract language that broadly protects campaign workers, creates clear and easy-to-follow procedures that reduce uncertainty and discrimination, and immediately and materially makes campaign workers’ lives better and decreases burnout.
We know that campaigns are temporary, fast-paced environments full of passionate people fighting for a better future. We believe that future includes labor rights, and we believe it starts with you.
What Does the Standard CBA Include?

To ensure workers are not unfairly disciplined or terminated, all discipline is subject to just cause standards and follows progressive discipline procedures
